Hours worked will be calculated for the duration of the pay period and paid based on employees base wages. The pay period starts on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the same month. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime if they meet the requirements. Employees are responsible for maintaining accurate punch-ins and punch-outs. Any time that an incorrect punch or lack of a punch has occurred, it is the employees responsibility to notify a manager to fix the mistake immediately. Failing to do so in a timely manner can result in incorrect hours worked for the pay period.

07.2 Overtime
Employees will receive overtime pay if they are an hourly employee and have worked over 40 hours in a workweek (CTSJ’s workweek starts Sunday and ends Saturday). Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the employee’s base hourly wage after 40 hours of work within the designated workweek.
